The Legendary Burger was good. It didn't disappoint. The staff earned this restaurant the 5 stars. Our waiter was amicable, knowledgeable, and attentive. The rest of the staff was just as engaged. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants and their service, but the Hard Rock Cafe most have figured out a way to keep their employees happy and well trained.

Had a great experience here. Back in May of 2017 my Mother and Sister were at a concert in the Philadelphia area. So my dad and I were in the actual city site seeing and we stopped in here for lunch. I got the Potato Skins and they were out of this world. The best potato skins I have ever had. The Burger was also great here to. The cooked it at the temperature I wanted. The decor is also really beautiful. They have so much artifacts from many famous musicians and groups including Micheal Jackson, Elvis Presley, and Guns and Roses. If you are in Philadelphia stop at the Hard Rock Cafe. It's worth it.

Good Was Great!! Horrible Service!!! Took forever for anyone to even take a drink order. I felt like the waitress was more interested in the table of 6 next to us. I would go back but would request another waitress. Not sure of her name I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. All I can tell you is that it was on 2/24 around 3:00PM and we sat at a 2 person table in the front. I'm sure that's not enough info but that's all I got.

For a chain restaurant, this was a great experience. Our waiter took great care of us. Food came out quickly, even during a rush period. Everything tasted fantastic. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had at one of their restaurants.

Always great to be at hard rock especially during happy hour. Definitely try the salmon Cesar. Alyssa one of the bartenders is amazing.
