Yummy food! Lots of dietary options.  Soup is over-priced for the portions they serve. Instead of the fresh sourdough they use to serve with the soup, they now serve white rolls that taste pre-fab and out of a bag. Love the soda fountain-drink bar and fresh teas - unlimited refills too!

I have been in twice in the last couple weeks. Last week, I dined in with a friend. At the cashier my salad never showed up. I went to have a sit while I ate my soup, 20 minutes later I had to see if the salad was ready, the cashier had to go tell someone to make it. So another 10 minutes went by. It was 8pm, no line. 
Today, I order the winter protein bowl, I’m the only one in line, and 5 employees talking to each other, my bowl makes it to the cashier with chipotle sauce, that I didn’t ask for. I go have a sit while the new one comes out. I get home, the soup had no chips and 0 chicken in it. If it had been a rush with a lot of people waiting for good I would understand, but twice in 2 weeks and no rush.. good food, poor service.

I have to leave a 5 star review for this Cafe Zupas location. They really deserve it. Food is always fresh, hot, and on point. The workers there are super friendly and attentive. Other eateries should take note from this location. Excellent job! Will most certainly be back!

Food is okay, but overpriced, nickel and dime for everything. Service is poor, they seem more worried in meeting some speed goal and making sure you don't get an extra half cherry tomato or crouton (which is extra $, btw).
   In the end, you are hurried through a no-hands salad bar and pay almost as much as a proper sit down restaurant with good service.
Not going back.

Closed on Sunday? What is this, Provo?? Ridiculous. Other than that, food is good. A bit overpriced, but good. Their creme brûlées are divine.
