“We can’t add items to your order. If you want to order that come inside or go through drive through again”🤯🤬 My family waited in drive through and I places the order. I had forgotten one item for my son Fiesta potatoes. When I got to the window I asked if I could add it to my order they said sure. I paid for the food and they handed me my food on Fiesta potatoes. I mentioned we did not get the patatoes. The person said if I wanted to order them then I needed to come inside and wait in line to order them 😤.

Have not received a correct order from this location on any visit through the drive thru in the last three years. Very disappointing to arrive home and realize your order was messed up and you were overcharged for what you received.

Always gets my order wrong and even when they have everything I've ordered on the receipt, they always forget something. So last time I went i checked the bag for all of my items before I left, and when I looked over at the window, every employee was standing there shaking their heads and giving me dirty looks. Go to another taco bell if you don't want to get ripped off.

Terrible customer service- all they want is your money. They stop letting people order well before they were supposed to close, too.

New manager here! The floor is no longer sticky, and the coffee is hot, order correct the first time. The experience was much improved. Everyone seems busy and Happy
