Very disappointed in a very expensive cake. Cakes I looked at on line were works of art but my cake had no wow factor. For $250 I expected more   Would not recommend or go back.

Honesty I have never been inside. I have friends who live right behind, they tell me everything they make is excellent. Soon I will pay them a visit and update the post.

We ordered several cakes in the past. They always look great, but the last time we decided we won't be back. They messed up numerous things on my daughter's birthday cake- name spelled wrong, missing details, AND wrong size (smaller than ordered). The cakes taste great as look beautiful, however, they are very expensive and Erin herself has a bad attitude. She was very rude, saying it was our mess up and we paid for the cake we received - but it was the wrong size and missing important decorations we requested when ordering. We will never go back and I make and sell my own cakes now which cost much less than $200/cake and I'm happy with my customer service.

Erin made our wedding cake, she took the time to sit with us so we could try many flavor ideas we had, then we went to work on describing how our cake should look. In the end it was a beautiful cake and Evey guest made comments on how much they enjoyed the cake.
