How the hell can you screw up making an ice coffee. Asked for a large ice coffee with EXTRA salted caramel and cream only. Pretty simple, how can you forget to put the salted caramel in the coffee. Unbelievable and I went inside so wasn’t the speaker on the drive thrus fault.  
I just wasted my time and money because someone can’t listen to the order. Just looked at the cup and they even wrote the wrong stuff on the cup, Christ I was standing right next to you!!  This place, hate to say it, sucks. I want my money back!!!!

I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and say that it's a typical Dunks, however, as a teenager and wait staff myself, the young aged Staff could try a little harder to serve accurately and politely. The staff I encountered tended to converse with their coworkers rather than focus on the customers in line, and seemed easily distracted. But that's just an opinion. Probably won't go here again and will seek to get my coffee elsewhere.

Worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to on my life and it sucks because it's the closest to my home. Never go here for quick service...they take 1 order at a time at the drivethru, so be prepared to be told to wait as soon as you pull up. About 2 mins later someone will finally greet You, but not in a friendly matter, will half listen to you and not repeat your order back to You, just tell you to drive up. Then once at the window they will ask YOU to repeat what you had, as I almost always have to correct them. I've gone here at several different times throughout the day, and they always seem understaffed and unhappy. The poorest customer service skills. I'm writing this today because I did not get my receipt, and when i asked for one the girl ignored me. Save your time and money and go else where!
