Dependable,consistent, well-prepared hot food. The staff here are usually friendly and efficient. Drive-in window is often very busy but moves fast. My drive-in window order has always been accurate. Sometimes (usually when they’re busy) the tables aren’t cleaned and bussed as quickly as necessary to keep up with seating needs of customers.

This Zaxby's is one I avoid, I will travel to the Seneca location to get fresh food, and clean tables. The last time I ate here (2 months ago) I ordered the blue salad, and I got not so fresh vegetables with MOLDY FETA!! I know feta has a mold to it, but this was green and blue in color, and was absolutely disgusting 🤢! I asked for a new salad 🥗 and all they did was dump the feta, use the same vegetables and plate, and nothing other than "Oh I'm sorry." I think i should have received some type of coupon, or even a refund for that part of the order, but nothing. It's run by a bunch of kids, I don't trust it. If you want good Zaxby's, make the trip to Seneca.

Kid loved it, I loved it. Manager was nice and polite. Cant say anything negative about the experience.
