Rich is an amazing person to do business with not only does. He have an amazing collection of cars but his customer service is top-notch. We had a couple bumps on our end with the process but Rich stuck through the entire way and helped us out. Even after the sell, the car was a Dan. Rich was more than helpful with any details or questions asked about the vehicle. I hope I can do business with Rich again soon.
Drove over 5 hours round trip to see a car Rich had for sale. Called a couple days later to make an offer. Agreed to a price on the car and offered to wire the money for the car immediately, he said great congratulations on your new car and he would send me the total price after taxes and fees so I could give him the money, get a text message from him several hours later telling me , "sorry but I sold the car to someone else"!? Doesn't even have the guts to call me, sends me a text! What a horrible thing to do to someone, agree to a deal and then back out of it. Bad business practices and no honor. Shame on you Rich. And your reply to my review is pathetic and not true. You screwed me over, just own it instead of making it look like there was other factors involved, I was just waiting on you for your bank info so I could send you payment not a deposit. You were able to get more for the car from someone else so sold it to them instead.
It is always tough to buy a car over the internet without seeing it or meeting the seller in person but Rich was great. The car was just as described and the transaction went off without a hitch. Thanks Rich!
Just purchased an 1977 4x4 van site unseen from California Cars. I had Rich Milianni as my saleman and he went way above and beyond to get me this van. I live on the the opposite side of the country, he saved me lots of $$ in both shipping and taxes. He was very easy going friendly non-pushy and made this experience probably the best car buying experience of my life. I enjoyed it and it could have been extremely difficult especially logistically. Great guy~ Great Company! Highly highly recommend. I have zero ties to them and they did not ask for a review.

Rich is the man when it comes to California Muscle cars ..I have never had a better experience buying a car.. THis shop , his team TOP NOTCH SERVICE.. if your looking for GREAT Customer service and you have not given Rich a chance your a Fool.. I had a great experience purchasing a car from this dealership. Rich was very knowledgeable in the car I was purchasing and he was able to get all the paperwork done in a timely manner. This is an A+ dealership and I will definitely purchase another car from Rich in the future.
i recently bought a car from them, and experience was good,although a little nerve-racking since i paid for the car before ever seeing itin person.I'd gladly buy from them again & feel that i could trust the transaction without worry. -a little tip if buying from out of the area-ask alot of questions about the car you're interested in,Rich answered my questions honestly -they're not there to point out any,or all defectsunderstandably. When i received the car,it was what i expected,50 yr old car-very nice,although in need of a little workexpected-price was right. Another option is to have it inspected,something i considered, but bypassedi felt that i could trust the answers Rich gave just as much as a report from an appraiser,and i was right.
Thousand Oaks is fortunate to have California Cars located at its present and convenient location. The small dealership serves our community in a special way. Rich, the owner of California Cars, is a friendly and honest person. He keeps a variety of classic and vintage vehicles in his inventory. The web site is very informative, showing stills and video photographing of different cars and models. Rich and his staff are very knowledgeable and have a no pressure approach to selling cars. Recently, while driving down the boulevard and passing the car lot, one of his cars cough my eye. Rich had just acquired this little pre-advertised foreign beauty and hadn't even had time to put it on his web site. I walked into the office and after a brief discussion, I took the car for a test drive. It was love at first sight. Rich provided me with all the documentation on this one owner low mile 22 year old pre-classic. We came to a no hassle simple agreement, we both were happy with, especially me!, We shook hands on the deal. I had to leave for an appointment and left Rich with some basic information. Upon my return, all the paperwork was ready and waiting for my approval. Rich detailed the car in and out and sent me down the road with a full tank of gas. I'm very happy with California Cars and the deal I made with my friend Rich. I'm a fan of California Cars and have given them a five star rating.
I had the best experience purchasing one of my most favorite all-time cars here at California Cars which was a 2005 Pontiac GTO 6.0L. The customer service was remarkable, Gary and Rich are very friendly and honest with you when making a purchase, the mechanics there are some of the best mechanics I've ever been around in terms of knowledge, customer service and honesty. Most of was the GTO, the car is flawless and looks extremely close to how it would've looked coming off the production line. Overall I recommend anybody looking for beautiful California sports car to go there for the purchase you will not regret it. They also put new belts, new tires, new oil on my GTO before I purchased it and gave me one hell of a deal knocking off $1600.00 off the asking price and sent me home with a full tank off gas! California Cars is great
