When we went to look at vehicles, our first stop was Honda, where we were greeted by Angel Vergara, who had no problem being outside on a rainy day.  :)  He was congenial, informative, and refrained from any kind of pressure.  We told him what we wanted and our comfortable price point, and he was able to accommodate us perfectly.  We are happy with our vehicle, happy with the deal with which we were presented, and we were especially happy with Angel.  He is educated about his inventory and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation.  I also want to give some recognition to Bryan King, the finance manager, who was affable and made the process simple.

Service at Lancaster Honda with David Boyle.  I recent had my 2017 CR-V EX serviced (Oil Change). David is professional service representative who answered all questions with a real answers.  Besides the oil change, I asked to replace my tire valve stem caps that fallen off on two tires and he replaced them all on the spot - No charge.  Also, I asked about lighted add-on for the door jams and he quoted me the real price (Parts, Labor, and Taxes). Great job David, Keep up the great work!

Wow! That’s all I can say about the experience I had with this dealership! Germān candelaria is out of this world amazing! From the start his energy was ecstatic, he gave my sister a great deal on her first car! From start to finish he was amazing! Highly recommend for anyone to come in and see Germān!

Jason Westburg was excellent.  Joey and Brian made the experience most enjoyable as for the last three previous purchases.  Love the new Honda Pilot.
