Big thank you to Jordan and Julio in sales as well as Brian the Service Director. Outstanding team that worked beyond measure to get me into the perfect car. These gentlemen provided top tier support and assistance. Glad I drove almost two hours to deal with this team. Mark in finance was great and even made sure I got my extended warranty. Definitely will recommend them to friends and family. I'm even willing to drive them out in my new 2018 Challenger.

I have a 2014 jeep Rubicon. the fist time that they recommended to change the oil on the 2 differentials was at 18000 miles . I ask what was the factory recommendation and the person told me 30000 miles at around 25000 ask I ask foe the stomata to change the oil and some lady told me , you don't need to worry about that , next oil change is at 60000 mile. now after waiting for over a month for them to inspect the break light that it was keep coming on they call me yesterday I paid 124 $ for them to add brake fluid and also they recommended that I need to change the oil for , rear and front differential and also the transfer case when the service book is clear that you need to change the oil at 60000 mile. they also recommended to change rear breaks , cost to change it is over 500$ but now I am not sure if I can trust them. do I recommend this dealer NO

Wow. Awesome service, no pressure just assistance. The delivery was a bonus and the couple that delivered were extremely nice as well. Can’t thank you guys enough. I wish all dealers were like your group. Can you have classes for other dealers on how to treat customers? Thank again.

Buying process is easy... Everything after that is a nightmare. Service department was absolutely horrible. I was having a problem completely understanding what was going on. I asked fora new advisor, didn't get one. Asked to talk to someone else when I was in office, didn't happen. I was irate and instead of helping me, the other advisors just stared at me. My advisor said repairs weren't covered, They were.. I bought the most expensive warranty. Then she said a rental wasn't covered, again it was.. Awful experience, so much unneeded aggravation especially for someone with high blood pressure. Hopefully it will be better when the expansion opens.. I for sure won't find out because this is the first and last time buying a Chrysler.... The cherry on top is, when the car was brought in it was mentioned about the rough start..... Got my car back, still rough start. I wish I would have bought my car elsewhere. Horrible experience all the way around. Makes me so sad. PLUS it's been a year and 3 months and we ARE STILL WAITING for our second key fob we were promised.
