I found that they are vrry helpful in answering all of my questions. The have very heavy case loads and really do care.

I hated this place because I drove all the way from San Diego ca to get a copy of a paper that I can only get on this place, And they don't deal with the public. They won"t let you talk to nobody. I tried to explain that I neede to talk to somebody to help me get this copy and the guard said there's no way you ca n talk to somebody to help you. So I had to come back to San Diego empty handed. This has been the worst experience I've had on a government place. Why do they bother to put Open from 8:00 A.M to 5:P.M When they won't let you in? The so called DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IS A JOKE. NEVER BEEN SO DISSAPOINTTED IN MY LIFE ABOUT A PLACE or whatever you want to call them. I don't even have the words to explain how dissapointted I am.
