It was clear that the don't know where their payments come. Stupid sistem of work

Let it be known: I am starting a petition to drastically lower police department budget. If the bulk of their time is spent harassing homeless and not pursuing criminal activity, then it is time to evaluate the coming fiscal year. Futhermore, in the case of bad budget spending, why are we spending milllions of dollars to revamp and maintain a river bottom parkway that is prone to flooding and otherwise not public accessible but nine months of the year?

Don't bother opening up a business in Yuba City the city of Yuba City would rather have you be on welfare then try to start a business and contribute to society and contribute to the economy they'd rather take money away and they'd rather control everything that you try to do Don't bother trying to do special promotions with other businesses because that's not allowed And when you try to do promotions with other businesses they threaten to put a lien on your business and take your vehicles away Literally they are legal criminals
