Computer system down the third time this week. Monday  waited over 4 hour had to leave for work. Wednesday line out the door again did not wait. On Friday  morning 8am system is down again with no ETA excepting long wait time again. This office please make appointment but you  will wait for service!!

I took my dad there and i asked for the paper test in other language and he needs paper because he is an old man and he doesn't know how to used it .but they sayed no we have your language just in computer and that is an only way to take the test .he took he didn't pass it .then we came to the dmv in Roseville amd the guy ,who ever works in DMV told they lied you .

I wish there is an option for 0 stars. Height of racism by the manager and she is an absolute arrogant lady. Been facing it for the nth time. Not willing to listen nor willing to issue even if all documents are valid and present. Waste of time. High time they make radical changes in this DMV office.
