TRUTH AND JUSTICE MEAN NOTHING TO THESE PEOPLE...

IF THERE IS A TAPE OF A HIGH-SPEED CHASE AND THEY DON'T LIKE WHAT IS ON IT, IT WILL "DISSAPEAR" BEFORE IT CAN MAKE IT'S WAY TO THE COURTHOUSE.

EXPECT: THAT THE HISPANIC OFFICER IS EITHER A NORTENO OR SORENO GANG MEMBER.

THEY FALSIFY DOCUMENTS, WITH TOTAL DISREGARD FOR MORALITY AND TRUTH, THEY WILL FALSIFY TESTIMONY; (that means LIE, to the layman.) THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT GANGS BECAUSE, THEY ARE THE GANGS.
