Not only was the service extremely unhelpful but mid-sentence a male employee hung up on me. In my experience they were both disorganized and incredibly rude. I would strongly recommend finding a different post office, especially when dealing with things like getting a passport.

I was supposed to have a priority mail two day package delivered. It took them two days just to literally scan the package. How incompetent is that? It's not like it's a huge facility. Then when I tried to call they never answered the phone. I let it ring for a while. They picked up the phone, then immediately hung it back up. I tried to call back and the phone was off the hook. Got a busy signal the rest of the day. I would say that's pretty terrible customer service. I gave them one star because it wouldn't let me give them zero.

I really love how this post office has a parcel drop off (see picture) what I mean by that is even on Saturday, you can just walk in and drop off a package to be mailed... unlike the other nearby post office which does not have that
