I ordered a heart medication critical to my dog's health. California Pet Pharmacy charged my card and let me know they would ship the medication. A few days later I contacted them because I hadn't gotten a shipment notification and they replied by email letting me know the medication was out of stock and they could not give me any further information. Had I not inquired about the ship date I would not have know the medication was unavailable, and something this time sensitive should have been handled by phone. My dog will die without this medication, and someone working in the pharmaceutical field should know how vital it is that prescription orders from a doctor be followed. No one apologized and I had to fight them to even refund my money. Please do not reply on California Pet Pharmacy to have your sick pet's best interest at heart.

This co has an F rating with the BBB!  They should be Shut down!!!

I purchased what was shown on their website as a 6 month supply box of Simparica. The same box my vet sells. Their price was cheaper - so I decided to get it. When I received the product it was 1 pill in a pill bottle not the 6 month supply I ordered and was shown and is the only way this product is packaged and sold anywhere.  I called customer service and they stated all prices are per pill. It does not say that anywhere and clearly the box shown is a 6 month supply box. 

They trick you by putting the mg of 1 tablet at the end of the description and put a price next to it. Which u naturally think each tablet is 20 mg and the price for the product shown is such. (Which is a 6 month supply box - the only way it is sold anywhere else).  They will not reverse the charges or do anything about their advertising scam. Showing one thing and mailing another. Thankfully my bank reversed the charge. BEWARE- DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I'm also reporting them to the BBB.

I had an excellent experience with this company.  They responded to my e-mails right away. They contacted my vet quickly and I got my dog's medication in time. It took a bit longer, because they had to contact my vet to make sure that there was a prescription for the meds. I will use them again and have recommended them to my friends. Also, they have different doses, so it's your responsibility and your vet's to order the right dose.

When I started using this company around 3 months ago, I'll admit I was a little frightened by all the bad reviews. I've had about 4 orders filled now and don't have anything to complain about, all of my orders have been more than great! Placing my first order with them was the most smoothest process, they answered all my questions and even offered to call my vet on the other line to get an authorization. My dog Max and I are more than happy we tried them out! I look forward to do more business with them in the future, and FYI I don't do this very often.

Have been using for a couple of months now, have to order a heart medication every 3 weeks that is frequently out of stock and considerably higher on other sites and local pharmacies. CPP has always been in-stock and ordering by my vet, online, and even with mailing in prescriptions has been very simple. Any time I've called,  I've had great customer service.
