The Pharmacy SUCKS. Negative stars if possible. MyDr called them at 11:00 am. Then I called them at 12:30pm, they asked my information and told it will be ready in 20 mins and they will send me text update once its ready. After waiting 1 h more, I called them no reply. So I needed to walk in to the pharmacy as I was really suffering. They said its not ready and not sure what happened! Waiting more 15 mins to get my antibiotic.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I don't know what their store is like, but their pharmacy is terrible. First I call in a refill for my prescription and I provided a phone number for them to call if there are any issues. I'm told my prescription  would be ready by 11am the next day. My lunch time comes around the next day and I go to rite aid only the find no prescription is ready due to an insurance issue. Ummm did I not give you guys my number for this exact reason? So I let them make a copy of my updated medical card. And went back to work with a wasted lunch period down the drain. I return not 1 but 2 days later only to find once again no prescription. I reminded them that I provided them an update card to run the correct insurance. After I asked them 3 times if the insurance was update and they kept saying yes it is. I had to wait until today to call my insurance because I was told the issue was on their end. So I waste anothe lunch break calling my insurance only to find out there was no attempted claim filed for my prescription. So the rep at the insurance agency calls this pharmacy directly. After 10 min she comes back and lets me know they never updated my insurance!!!  Even after I asked multiple times if it had been done. Needless to say I will never be using this pharmacy EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!! I have never experienced such terrible customer service and poor communication skills in my life. These people have absolutely no regard for the importance of filling prescriptions in a timely manner!!!
