We had called and talked to a manager about returning a diet aid because it made me sick. The manager was very nice and said yes come in. If no receipt we will give a gift card. So my husband went in there and a lady named Linda was at the counter. My husband asked for the manager and that he had already talked to her about getting a return the lady whose name is Linda said really crabby you can't get a refund without a receipt. You need a receipt. He said just get me the manager please. So the manager took care of it and gave him a gift card. 
     Fast forward to later when we went in to spend the gift card. The minute we came up to the counter she pushed her lips together and barely looked at us. She was not friendly wouldn't look us in the eye and when she did talk to us she was super rude. Than instead of asking us if we wanted to buy a bag while she was ringing us up she didn't ask at all. So we asked for one and she was like you have to pay for it really ride. We know that. Oh and than she asked my 49 year old husband for us for wine lol. She is so rude I don't know how they allow her to run a register. Poorest customer service ever.

Got criticized just cause me and my family got ice cream at 11:30 am by a chubby lady as if she were skinny. Said we got to much ice cream for a morning what a damn old smart ass she was she can't control our actions our money we can do whatever we want to. I told her well it's almost afternoon and you shouldn't criticize. Your at the damn ice cream bar  for a reason people come by and it's your job. She said just doing my job this pissed me off. I wish I got her name she should get fired or have a consequence.

Horrible. Takes them 3 days and a call for them to fill my children's prescriptions! Not acceptable. Switching pharmacies.
