Too Bad with portions ! You pay extra to have an addition and all what they give you is just very little portion .. tho u Paid! for extra! I don't know the manager there but he seems to be telling his team to put just the least amount of portions and he's so strict about it! which is just too Bad coz u Paid a 10$ for that plate, Never seen that with any other fast food restaurant ! Not nice at all! Very disappointed

California tortilla is my favorite food on the go. I came in for the first time to this location, and ordered 4 tacos I asked Carlos to put avocado on both of them and no salsa to go. I got home to find no avocado on the tacos, so I drove back all the way to the location in order to return the tacos. They were very rude and the manager basically told the gentlemen in the front Carlos no to change the tacos. The tacos were untouched. This place lacks customer service and the manager may need to be retrained due to the way he handled the situation. I will not be returning to this particular location.

Service is slow, quality of food has gone downhill, and it's dirty. It's worth driving further to get to district taco or chipotle.
