Calleis Salon and Spa is an all Aveda Concept Salon.

Story

Calleis Salon & Spa (say Cal-ay-is) got its name from Greek Mythology. We aren’t alone in choosing our brand. An Italian cosmetic company and a handmade jewelry company chose a slightly different spelling to brand their companies.

AGLAIA was the goddess of beauty, splendor, glory, magnificence and adornment. She was also named Karis (the Grace) and Kale (Beauty).

Briefly, the story tells us that Aphrodite and the three Charites, Pasithea, Cale, and Euphrosyne, disputed about their beauty with one another. When Teiresias awarded the prize to Cale, he was changed by Aphrodite into an old woman. But, Cale rewarded him with a beautiful head of hair and took him to Crete.

In our family, all girls are princesses or goddesses. Extending this status to each of our clients is our primary goal at Calleis.

Wonderful place! Wonderful people! Took great care of me and I couldn't be happier with the results of both the nails and the hair color. I don't see any reason to go anywhere else.

THIS IS THE WORST SALON. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!  They did a horrible job, then refused to refund me. My coworker had the same experience for a massage. For the amount of time and money I spent I am severely disappointed. AVOID THIS SALON!!! I wouldn't go back to have another awful experience for $80. If you can't refund for such poor quality, then business must not be that good.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. My boyfriend paid $90 for me to get a massage and it was horrible. The woman who did it smelled like an ashtray, kept leaving the room and did not apply much pressure at all though it was advertised as a deep tissue massage. I called the next day and talked to the owner who said I could get a refund or they would be happy to set me up with their new masseuse who was starting soon. I took the latter and I waited and waited to hear from them. Three weeks passed and I didn’t hear a peep so I called them back to just request the refund. The receptionist was so terribly rude and told me I was lying about her boss telling me I could have a refund. I will never go back and I will never let anyone I know go back!

I had a fantastic experience at Calleis Salon and Spa and would definitely recommend!
The staff were friendly and professional. I had the best pedicure of my life! I will be back-
