The team at Mountain Hot Tub is amazing. Professional, helpful, generous. When our hot tub froze and ruptured the jet pump just after our warranty ended, Eric and his team were more than helpful. Zach came over within minutes to assess the problem and drain the tub, and return to fix it with a new part a few days later. He was professional and friendly during a really stressful time! Not only this, but they arranged to cover the cost of the jet pump because it was just outside of warranty. Wow! Thanks again, guys!

I recently (Wed. 9/20)  needed a service call in reference to a problem with our hot tub.  Patrick was polite and very knowledgeable and made recommendations to our advantage.  I was extremely impressed with his attitude.  I also would like to add that Karley who works at the store is always cheerful, helpful and a pleasure to see whenever I visit your establishment.

Mountain Hot Tub has been wonderful to work with. I have had a couple of electrical issues since install and Patrick has been out right away to fix them. Great product, great customer service!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish.  This is a great team with a positive professional performance.the gentlemen  who did my install, setup and took my old tub away, were respectful, professional and answered all my questions.  It was a pleasure doing business .

First contacted Montana Hot Tub before we even moved to Helena. Eric was super helpful and gave us great advice on what size and model would be best for us. Several months later, our gorgeous new hot tub was delivered and installed. Can't say enough about the great customer service! Patrick and his crew were extremely professional and competent in setting everything up and explaining how to maintain our hot tub. This was just an excellent experience from start to finish!
