CaloSpa has been the recipient of Allergan's "Black Diamond" certification 8 years in a row. Our skin care consultants in Louisville perform comprehensive patient evaluations to create personalized treatment plans. The world-class spa combines a physician-supervised environment with the latest medical spa treatments to achieve your vision of beauty.

We offer a variety of facial treatments including HydraFacial® MD, skin care products like Revision® and SkinMedica®, and makeup like Jane Iredale®.

I had high hopes for a company charging $14k for 2,000 hair graphs.  The pre-op was very minimal. We did the hair line the morning of, drawn once, hairs extracted, technician decides i would like it more if she redrew the hair line. I tell her it's off, she measures it with her ruler...  i don't argue as i'm in a drugged up state.   Turns out it's way off like i suspected. they put 60% of the hairs on the left side of my head, Left with a lopsided hairline that i did NOT ask for.  All I received was lip service telling me they had a talk with the technician.  No where was i offered anything to compensate for fixing this mistake. not a discount on a procedure to fix it nor any kind of re-imbursement of any amount. nothing!    Do NOT go here for a hair transplant. Dr Mays does not actually perform this procedure himself and the lack of quality control is apparent..

I had a very bad experience with injections here and had to go somewhere else to have them corrected. Dr insisted on putting way too much in my face, it ended up very uneven (and the wrong type of filler for the area I learned later on) and I look awful, oh and the pain and huge waste of money having to get it fixed. I recommend going elsewhere for fillers.

Moved to Prospect, KY from Richmond, KY in September 2015, and was in search of a great aesthetics clinic. After all, I had been a patient of Wells' Plastic Surgery Center for nearly a decade and whoever I found had some big shoes to fill. I selected CaloSpa and made an appointment with Tina. I have been going to CaloSpa for all of my aesthetics treatments for over one year now, and I will not be seeking services elsewhere! Tina is wonderful and she is a very talented injector. I have been more than pleased with all of the services I have been provided at CaloSpa. I highly recommend Tina for any aesthetics injections you might be interested in.

Arrived 10 minutes early,  waited 30 minutes for botox by Dr. Mays, notified the front desk i had waited 30 minutes and needed to leave.  I was told they'd email him to let him know. Not a single apology.  My exterior doesn't scream "tons of money" for which it sems staff were eager to help. After i finish the units i purchased there I'll be going wisherelsewhere.

My daughter went here for a procedure. She said the doctors were very nice and the staff was too. Went I picked her up after her procedure they went over with me in great detail how to make sure she was taken care of once we got home.
