I moved to San Antonio in 2014 and I found Cambridge online. I walked in they welcomed me and asked what they could do for me, I needed an oil change. They offered me water and asked if they could drive me home and I could wait at home till my car was finished. I was amazed at the service that they give. My car is washed and vacuumed along with an oil change. Tony along with the others have done a fantastic job. They inform me of future services that are needed on my car and help me budget it. I highly recommend this place.

I took a car in knowing that the engine had three cylinders failing to fire. I saw the good reviews here and figured I could trust the service here. When I turned the car over to them, I was told that there was a "diagnostic fee" which was fine with me, and they would call to tell me what's wrong. Days pass, and I hear nothing at all. I finally call and they tell me that they determined that there were some misfiring cylinders (which I already knew), and that info would cost me $100. They cost me 2.5 days and $100 to tell me what I already got from O'Reilly's in 15 minutes for FREE! Then they asked for an additional $400 to actually find out what's wrong with the car. I don't mind paying $100/hour for labor when we're working with a relationship of trust, but this is a sign of bad faith. I'm not even convinced they opened the car's hood in the "diagnostic". This could have been handled better. I took my car to a different mechanic and won't be back again.

Honest , reliable and great service!! I had a 2005 Lincoln Navigator and they took care of the issues I had with it. I no longer own the vehicle because I decided to upgrade to a new vehicle. But, if I had to do it again, I would take my vehicle to them. Here is why I say they are honest. I had someone else do some work on the front end of my vehicle. My vehicle started to do the same thing and I had taken it back to the people who had done the repair work and of course they said it was something else and they couldn't fix it. So, I took my vehicle to Cambridge Auto Center, I agreed to let them diagnose the problem. When it was all said and done, it was a bolt that wasn't tightened. All it cost me was the diagnostic fee and that was it. They could have said it was something else but they didn't. This is why they are honest and good people. Something so simple and they took care of me and they DID NOT take advantage of me. I count my pennies too and repairs can be expensive. But like I said, if I had to do it again, I will take my vehicle to them. They earned my business for life.

First time trying this place. Customer service was great, I really liked having the diagnostic done, but there was no pressure to get everything done. It was all just recommendations. The problem I took it in for got taken care of right away. Shuttle service was awesome and my car was cleaned and washed. Only tiny issue was I didn't receive a phone call when my car was ready. I had to call and check, but maybe it was a busy day. Not a real big deal, I was off that day, but just a wanted to put in my input. Overall, excellent service and would definitely use again.

Great place to get work done. They get straight to the issue and save you money as opposed to other shops including dealerships which want you to replace more parts than neccessary to charge you more than you really need to spend. I recommend this shop to anyone who is having issues with their vehicles.
