I had a great experience here! Scott, Mike and the rest of the crew were very helpful and friendly. I was able to take my Jeep in to get it checked out the same day I called and had it back by the end of the day. The shop is nice and clean and they didn’t try to push me to buy/repair things I didn’t want or need. I always avoid auto repair shops at all costs because I feel like I am being ripped off but that is certainly not the case here. They offered to drive me home after I dropped off my vehicle and to pick me up after work was done. I will definitely be back.

Although price is important, I care a lot about customer service and honesty. I originally went to the dealer for a whistling noise on my Ridgeline. In addition to a new drive belt, they said the radiator was cracked. When I declined to have the radiator replaced at the dealer they were rude about it. I took my Ridgeline to Scott and saved about $400 on the radiator replacement. The price was fair and the customer service was outstanding. You will get excellent service at a fair price. I definitely recommend Patriot Automotive and will be using them for any future repairs.

I looked up the reviews on Patriot Automotive here and the BBB and was impressed by the feedback. I live pretty far away from this location (about 40 mins) and choose to take a chance vs. someplace closer, and I'm glad I did.

I was given a very fair quote on replacing 3 ball joints on my truck and was even allowed to bring in my parts that I had already purchased online. The work was completed within approximately 24 hours and my used truck has never driven so well.

Scott (the owner) was very personable and professional, (and not in that corporate/fake way many other automotive shops tend to be). He and his staff come across as very authenticate and sincere when they talk to you. 

The only complaint that I have is that their phone system seems to be wonky and sometimes has a bad connection and leads to dropped calls. If you try calling and have a bad connection, try a second time and it should go through. Hopefully that will be fixed in the near future. 

Overall, this is the best experience in an auto shop I've had in a long time (perhaps ever) and based on my first experience, they have earned their high customer rating.

They are great to work with and stand behind there work.  I am very picky about who I will let work on my truck and I drive 45 min. each way to have Scott and his team work on it.

A wonderful experience Scott did superb work on my truck and was a great aid in helping me getting the repairs done. Will continue to use him for all my future automotive needs.
