Since 1970, our practice has earned a reputation for exceptional pediatric dental care and orthodontic care. Our goal is for children to develop positive, confident attitudes about their smiles and dental health. We are committed to building warm, trusting relationships and performing technical excellence. We encourage parents to accompany their child throughout every visit. We practice careful and conservative use of x-ray imaging. We have been extremely happy with the dental and orthodontic care our child has received at this practice!  The dentists (Dr. McEachern and Dr. Filstrup) and all the assistants who worked with us were gentle, caring, and informative, and the cost of the braces and orthodontic follow-up was very reasonable.  The office runs smoothly and we were always seen on time.  Highly recommend!

kids and uniformly Good experienced for 17 years, whether for preventative care, repair, or orthodontics. From scheduling and billing to the fantastic professional staff, they are the best in the area.

Dr. Filstrup has really impressed us with her patience, kindness, and willingness to explain to and work with our 4 year-old. For example, she molded a little tooth and smily face with our daughter out of white resin to demonstrate part of the filling process, cured it, and then we took it home. Over several appointments such genuine efforts to establish a rapport with our daughter resulted in very significant progress. Also, the office staff has been uniformly pleasant and helpful.

For perspective, prior to this we had seen three pediatric dentists at other offices who were not bad clinicians but for whatever reason the result was much more drama/anxiety and little productive headway. Probably the fundamental disconnect was that our kid wanted to know exactly what was going to be done with those tools that were to be put in her mouth, and being told to watch a video of "Frozen" was not the right answer.

In summary, we've only been coming here for a few months but are very happy and would recommend it without hesitation, especially to those with little ones who are not very at ease with the dentist.

This is a wonderful practice!! Both my son and daughter have been patients since they were little, and we love all the dentists we've worked with! I cannot say enough about Dr. McEachern, Dr. Filstrup and Dr. Zuniga - they have all been great with my kids - engaging, efficient and kind! Our daughter (who required major braces and other apparatus to try and correct a severe overbite) has been wearing braces for almost two years (the braces were put on by Dr. Zuniga), and today, they were removed - her smile is beautiful and her teeth are perfectly straight - good job, Dr, Zuniga!!!

Cambridge Pediatric Dental, has been in my family for over 39 years.  I was heartbroken when I aged out of the services.

My child now goes here for over 4 years, and the service is still personable, professional, clean, and to sum it up EXCEPTIONAL.

I no longer reside in Cambridge, but the long commute is worth it.
