This was my first visit to First Impression. My long time dentist had just retired. I woke up one morning to find that a cap had fallen off and was still in my mouth. Dr. Merzon was able to see me a day after I contacted him. I found him to be smart, very well informed, up to date in the latest techniques, and skillful in their application. His whole practice seems to be using the latest computer techniques and the most modern equipment. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Merzon put me right at ease and the visit was very comfortable and he was excellent in a technical sense also. First Impression Dental offers superb dentistry for the first visit.. It was my first visit as my old dentist was retiring. I highly recommend First Impression Dental. I have now been on my third visit and continue to be impressed the cleaning and check up were comprehensive and painless Dr metzon was patient and took time to answer my concerns a really good experience

I booked a new patient appointment with First Impression and appreciated their option for online patient history forms. The weekend prior to my appointment I experienced a deterioration in my situation with pain and swelling. On Sunday, using the urgent care e-mail mechanism I explained my situation and received a rapid reply that I could be seen on Monday. Relief! Dr. Merzon and Menbere were an effective team - they fit me right in, took my x-rays, and took time to explain my options - both medically and in relation to insurance issues. I look forward to seeing them again later this week for the regular appointment and will post again as to my experience!

My family is new to Cambridge, and I am so happy to have found such a great new dentist. I am a physician and appreciated Dr. Merzon's obvious care for his patients, clinical knowledge, and first-do-no-harm approach to X-rays, etc. Would recommend for sure!
