Had a great experience at Dr. Dental in Cambridge. Staff people were kind and helpful. I went there because I needed some adjustment for my lower denture, and Dr. Jacob was very thorough in her examination.I felt like she really cared about fixing the problem. She was very, very nice. I will continue to go here simply because it felt like I mattered to them.
Lovely staff, doctors and place. No pain. Great treatment. Always ready to help with the appointments. I usually forget my appointments but the clinic always text me even on the appointment day as a reminder which is very important issue for me.
Dr Jacob and the staff has been the best. Been visiting this clinic for a year and half. My boyfriend comes here too. We are very happy with the ease of comfort Dr Jacob and the staff provides. Definitely recommended.

I recently had a cleaning with Bridget at Dr. Dental, and it had been a very positive experience. She was very professional and efficient throughout the procedure. I would recommend her to anyone in need of dental work.
This place is terrible. My mother went in to remove a tooth that was bothering her. She also mentioned to the doctor another tooth was giving problems and they recommended she wait to do any work on it. In the meantime, that tooth broke in half while she was eating. She went in to get a root canal by Mary Jacobs. When my mother mentioned that she could feel her working on her, she injected local anesthesia on the cheeks rather than gums. My mother asked her why she was doing that. She responded saying because it’s not numbing her. Her face is incredibly swollen and bruised along the jawline and under her chin. She ended up switching her antibiotic not sure what the purpose of this was. The doctor said it was because there is an infection now. Also, when she went in previously to get her tooth removed Mary Jacobs forgot to provide a prescription for pain killers. Instead she questioned my mother for not reminding her. The service seems careless and irresponsible.
It's been a quite long time I'm their patient. They are always nice and very helpful. I recommend to everyone.
I was treated well by the staff. The Hygienist was very nice and hard working. I hope she receives a wage increase because she sure deserves one.My opinion..
Doctors are amazing and give you best of the treatment. Administrative staff are polite and value your time. Definitely one of the best places for any kind of dental treatment
Relaxed first time experience. Dentist was great. I’ve never enjoyed the dentist so much. Wasn’t originally planning to return but after today I’ll be back again and again! The whole process was so easy and painless. Dr. Jacobs was an absolute joy to see.
