Any doctor that is going to be out for any length of time should ALWAYS make sure someone will back up his or her med refills.   My personal experience for myself and kids has always be great no problems at all.
Use to be in the past you would have to wait a good while past your appointment time,  someone cleaned that problem up at least just from what I have experienced in the past several months.  We love our care providers!  that we have.

I was out of one of my meds, and my provider is out due to surgery,well I was told by the head nurse(LISA) that the Dr on duty would not prescribe my medication.. Am going to find another place to go.. And she was rude about it as well..
