Having trouble getting a email from them stating I have to quarantine due to covid. They keep saying they’ll send it and still haven’t received it. I’ve been calling everyday about it because my clinic needs it so I can get my medicine.

Nurse was miserable. She yelled at my daughter and I many times. It we the worst experience at a care facility!! The nurse was absolutely the rudest women I think I have ever met. She yelled at my daughter who was already scared and myself. I couldn't get over this place! This nurse should lighten up and if she doesn't like kids she should honestly find a different profession. One of way out I stopped to put my daughters coat on before we went outside and she pointed and yelled 'there's the exit!'  Seriously how in the world does this lady have a job there and why hasn't anyone else spoken up?

They are horriable they refused to email all my records to me I'm very upset I feel like they are doing some illegal work cause it's against the law to refuse medical records by email or by mail THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE

Could not get through on the phone to make an appointment for Covid-19 Testing.....Called back repeatedly.  " EXT 183"  hang up.  110 not available...press 0...Hung up on.    call back led to Allison Banner.....hung up on.

Everyone there was so nice!  And they were the ONLY place in WV to help us during one of the most traumatic experiences of our lives.  Very compassionate and understanding.

I have work with the department of health and staff and will always be here for them . They are very good people and they will always take care of you.

Got my flu shot today. No wait and great staff.
