I wanted to take the time to let you know of the great service we received from the moment we booked with your company as well as the pick up and drop off from your driver, Andy. There was a little issue with the air conditioning but nothing that would keep us from booking again. Your company is definitely one to be proud of. 

Two years ago we booked with another company in Melville and were left stranded at the airport so we didn't know what to expect this time. We were so appreciative of everything, including the confirmation call before we left for our trip and the call easing our minds knowing the driver was there waiting and ready for us even before we got off of the ship.

In a world filled with so many people complaining and being self centered I wanted to take the time to thank you again.

My wedding was 7/28/2016. Booked Camelot about 3 or 4 months before.  Whole experience was great. Got a great deal on the party bus and Rolls Royce Phantom. Drivers arrived 30 minutes before schedule and were very professional

Do not spend your money here! You will be highly disappointed. The owners do not know a thing about customer service. On April 2nd of 2017, I rented a limo from Camelot. The limo went missing for 3 hours while we were paying for it. No money refunded and in fact, they wanted us to pay the 2 hours of overtime for going over the contract hours. WE WERE ONLY LATE BECAUSE OUR CAR AND DRIVER WERE MISSING! Read Yelp to get full story. Terrible customer service. Owners accused us of lying.

I only use Camelot Limos.  The customer service is outstanding.  The drivers are professional and the fleets are fabulous.

My daughter's wedding was 10/15/16 and we were very happy with Camelot Limos and our drivers.  Every meeting we had went very smoothly and they were very accommodating, even when I was adding and making changes.  There were several pick up locations and drop offs.  We had an early pick up in Queens and another early pickup in Nesconset -- all went extremely well!  They arrived on time, got all of us where we needed to be on time and safely.  I was very happy with their service and would gladly recommend them!  Thank you for helping us have a wonderful, carefree, enjoyable day!
