Warning, don't park "head in." It isn't marked anywhere but apparently it's a rule that they enforce.

Decent connectivity to the city. Limited peak trains back from NYC though. 
There is a long wait to get a parking slot at this station.
Also, there are very few parking meters so unless you are here around 7 AM, you might be out of luck.

Not having used public transit in a long time, I was leary...but tried it.
Friday's trip went off without a hitch. Today was an utter disaster. Upon our return there was an accident between Ronkonkoma and Farmingdale. The employees said there would either be a bus to deliver us to our appropriate destination. When we disembarked, there were NO buses and none were coming. The station waiting area told us we had to get out. It was closing. And any movement would cause an alarm to go off and the police to be dispatched. Your stations should be more accommodating. If you offer trips then you should have your facility staffed. That way patrons aren't forced to stand out in the elements

I feel very safe at this station. There are cops that patrol the station every now and then.
