The best deal is to get the monthly premium car wash for about $30 (or something like that) now we wash the car at least 3 times a week when gets dirty. On top of that it is worth it because the extra things you get, like the tire thing the put to make them look new. And the huge plus is that this is the only carwash near Bellevue area and is a good one. Very hard to find a good one anywhere near.

I wasted my money, save your!

I just spent $14 on their SLOW automated car wash. The “drying” process includes dripping water down the centerline of my car. After exiting I pulled around to wipe the water off. The right-front and left-wheel were still covered in suds. The lower 1/4 of the entire vehicle was still dirty along with half of the grille and the entire back end. I will not return here even if they have free vacuums because it was simply a poor car wash.

The first time I went I was impressed. The kids enjoyed the different colors when soaking up. Car came out clean and I had plenty of time to use the free vacs, a huge plus. The people helping told me what to do. Second time was terrible. Paid for a $15 wash. Left with soap spots. Attendants were unhelpful and rude.

First time here, I asked about the brushes running without a car in there. Guy working said... yeah what does that have to do with anything. Then says they gotta work to wash your car. Very hateful! 
Since it was my first time here it would have been helpful to explain the whole deal.  Thanks but no thanks! Customer service sucks!

My car got really clean with a $6 Wash. The free vacuums were powerful. And they have like an air blaster hand-held device with the vacuums and you can blow dirt, dust, and trash out of tight spots that you can't vacuum.
