This dump is infested with roaches and bed bugs. Owner, management, are all scammers. BEWARE! Drug attics live here and will invade your home without permission. The owner is a Korean lady, Hyang Sook Kim, she does not return the security deposit when moving out and won't release an itemized list of deductions. SCAM! Gas leaking in home. Management does NOTHING.

Don't live here. First of all, you have rare chances to get back your deposit. I lived for 2years because of my college. There are a lot of gangs, active gun shooters(honestly black gangs, Vietnam gang, Hispanic gangs), car vandalism, and hand mans drop nails on parking lot. And if you loved rouches, rats, fleas, and crazy neighbors, polluted and dusty air from the pancake factory restaurant, the drug addicts every where, you enjoy this place. the owner Ms.kim (fullname is Kim, Hyang sook) is con-artist(scammer). If you are looking for cheap, dangerous, dirty, and unhealthy place, this residence Camino will be the best place for that.

That place is a dump. Roaches, bed bugs, crackheads, they harass you, steal dumb stuff from your door (door mats, mops, and decors). Fight over parking, won't fix anything. Unable to keep up with payments. Office workers will go in your spot with the keys and search or steal your things. If someone is there and they go in unannounced they will scare the hell out of them. Who wants to live like that? You are supposed to feel safe inside your own home not wonder if someone in your place while you are gone or some office worker enter your home without permission and you may be in the middle of a shower or in bed. If you can do better, avoid here.

I Love it here!! Thanks to Mr. Kim the owner. He make's sure all is well. An we are happy at all time's. I have Lived her off an on for  over 23yrs. Yeah it needs a little work but trust me Mr. Kim is already on it. THANK~YOU Mr. Kim for making feel at home.:-)
