Everyone that works at this hotel is super nice from the shuttle van driver named Oscar that gave us a ride to the airport to the breakfast ladies. The people that work at the front desk are extremely nice and welcoming. We asked them for extra sheets and they delivered them to our room with a great smile and friendly attitude. The rooms were clean and they had a computer room, exercise room, and laundry room. You should stay here at the Best Western Plus SOUTH BAY HOTEL because they will treat you very well. I really liked that mostly everyone that worked here was Hispanic. This hotel is close to the beaches about 15-20 minutes. It is also really close to a CVS, and other restaurants next door. Also, public transportation is accessible because it passes right in front of the hotel or in all the corners near it.

The hotel was conveniently located near LAX, was reasonably priced and was perfect for our Park Stay & Fly experience. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. There is a restaurant off the Lobby that serves a hot breakfast and is open 24hrs to help with the odd flight times for international flights. There are also restaurants within walking distance. They were having a problem with the one elevator button but that should be fixed by now. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is probably one of the worst. Extremely thin walls. I fall asleep with my TV on every night, of course being mindful to keep the volume low. I had the tv volume set to 7 and I had a neighbor complain about hearing it. The front desk manager is rude and handled the whole situation poorly. The pool is basically sitting in the parking lot with the only division being a steel fence. The restaurant inside is mediocre at best, I don't recommend the free breakfast. But like everything else in this hotel your disappointment is inevitable.

Good affordable hotel, ticks all the basic amenities. Only downside is noise isolation is non-existent. The bedrooms are laid out in such a way that the beds are surrounded by your neighbors' bathrooms on nearly all sides. You hear *everything*.

Very clean and quiet. Staff were happy and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Restaurant had the best burgers and fries I've had in a long time.
