Our Room was very clean very comfortable plenty of pillows nice hot water. We were on the 4th floor but they have an elevator so that's good. When we arrived our keys would not work in the door when I went back to the office to tell them the gentleman actually came back to the Room with me to make sure the new keys worked

My new hubby and I decided to have a night away. We stopped at this nearby hotel. The night person said they had one room left we were sold because we were told a hot tub was available. We took it instead of staying at another one on the beach. We started to run the tub where the water plug wasn't working and jets.
 We were exhausted from our wedding that day and decided to stay. During the evening people were wandering around, loud music and undesirables. So upon checking out we told the manager about the hot tub not working and was given an $18 refund after putting nearly $200 the night before. The hot tub was the only selling point for us to get the room
I would not suggest families with young kids to come here.

Room and bathroom are clean, fridge, and microwave in room. Phone is disconnected, tv does not register or support hdmi from any system. Parking is mostly for compact cars, no large area to turn around. There is an elevator snd easy to access wifi.

We had good service and a nice continental breakfast. Four star because of bathroom floor. It's large tile and all four of us almost fell, it's slick so don't step on the floor with wet or socked feet. Be careful.

Clean hotel with good breakfast. It is very near to supermarkets. Staff is very helpful.
