Last December, I went in for  car maintenance service for my Chevy Cruz. I did not have an appointment so I expected a wait. After a couple of hours they were done and I was satisfied. HOWEVER, on my way home my car completely shut down on the 710. Luckily, there was no traffic so I had a chance to pull over. I could only imagine how bad it would be if there was traffic. My car turned back on but after passing 20mph it would turn off again. I called them back and they  advised me to bring it back the following day because they were about to closed. I drove it at 10 mph the rest of the way home and took it back the next day at the same speed. Their excuse was that they forgot to double check if everything was connected in place. As a customer, I should not have to double check their work. Everything about this experience was unacceptable. WORST experience ever!

I started by e-mailing them about a Z06 they had for sale.   Jonathan Ceron responded and stated the communications.  We agreed upon a directional price his dealership was willing to entertain.   Unannounced on a Sunday morning I dropped in to look at the car in person.   Upon meeting Jonathan I informed him I would not be making the deal today.  But while I was there they took at look at my Stingray I was thinking about trading in.   Later that day we agreed on price of the car and my trade in.   The next day I emailed him asked how long the paperwork would take if I came up after work.   He quoted me a time, the paperwork was almost ready (I got there about 20 minutes before I estimated I could get there).   We took it for a quick shake down drive, got back to the dealership and signed the deal.   All of this with no pressure at all.   When it comes time to trade in for a new car again or a C8 when they come out.   I know for sure I will be reaching out to Camino Real and Jonathan to see what can be done.

Terrible service experience.  It took 7 days to replace a standard battery on my 2012 Chevy Volt, which cost us extra money for Uber and Lyft rides - their service manager said there were all out of loaners (really?!)

Service would have took longer if i didn't call and leave 2 voicemails to the general manager to complain.  And best of all, I got my car back in pieces (see pics).  Yup, 7 days later and my car is in worst shape than it went in.  Tech left the interior panels loose and they also left swirl marks in the paint after the car wash.  

My total bill for a battery replacement was $370!!!  Go to this dealer at your own risk - and if you do, make sure to bring a lot of lube - you're gonna need it.

Not the greatest customer service in the industry. Took my vehicle Saturday afternoon and wasn't ready for pick up until wednesday, to be fair though the service advisor did say that it wasn't going to be ready til Tuesday or possibly Wednesday. But still. I was expecting(as promised) a call on Tuesday to let me know of the of the problems needing to be addressed, also I have reason to believe that my car had not been worked on until after I called to follow up on the progress. to make a long story short.... 

I never received a call from dealer letting me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up.

Was quoted a certain price over phone, after I called and went to pick it up vehicle i was being charged $100 more than previously told. 

And service advisor wasn't as friendly as one would expect.
