These guys are legit. Bought a Sienna and very happy. I was little skeptical at first, but  they are very friendly and upfront. Felt very comfortable and process was easy. Most importantly, the mini van has absolutely no issues, like a brand new car!

Best car buying experience ever. High quality, reliable, premium cars at unbelievable prices. Hassle free, trustworthy and very friendly. I bought a 2012 BMW X5 with very low miles (their specialty) and not had a single problem. I was actually referred to this dealer by a friend who had bought a car here about a year ago. Highly recommend it. I wouldn't waste my time car shopping anywhere else. Look and ask for Sam.

My wife and i went in to pacific west imports because we liked a vehicle that they had in their inventory. We test drove the vehicle and liked it, we negotiated for a short amount of time with the owner/manager "Sueng"  and we agreed on a price. I was given a buyers order for me to take to my credit union since I wasn't using their financing. We agreed that I'd come back with a check in a few days at the most since I live 65 miles away. I went through the hassle of going through the financing with my credit union, taking time off from work. We were there and agreed on the deal on Monday 3/6, I called him on Wednesday 3/8 to let him know that we'd be there the next day to give him the check and pick up the vehicle but "Sueng" informed me that someone had put a deposit on the vehicle we had agreed on and there's nothing he can do for me!!! That's horrible customer service and business ethics. I'm just assuming he was gonna let me drive over there and tell me in person. Save your time and money and go to one of the other dealerships in the street!!! There's a 5 star review from someone named like the person I dealt with, hmmm, sounds like they can't find any honest good reviews!!

Bad customer service. Did not want to help. The first review on this is the person who was there. Was on his phone and did not want to get up and actually talk to us.

Wow Amazing Experience Bought My dream Car STI Wagon
They're not the Cheapest place in town but they have the best quality cars
