UPDATE - They lied.  They did a brake inspection and told me both my front and back pads and rotors needed to be replaced.  Got their insane quote for 990 bucks, ordered my own online for way under 300.  Anyways, installed the fronts, they were shot as I knew from the squealing - but the backs, the back pads have probably 10mm of pad left, and the rotors look perfect.  THEY COMPLETELY LIED TO ME.  THEY WILL PROBABLY LIE TO YOU AS WELL.... 

Polite but - Sketchy service pricing and clarity.  

First of all, prices are just WAY out of whack - If $990 dollars for 4 new sets of pads and rotors is the new normal (on a little tiny Fiesta ST), who the hell is gonna ever get their car serviced at the dealership.  I can (and just did) ordered quality pads and brakes off tirerack for under 300 - i can do the work myself in an hour, and I'm an amateur.  I just need to get to my buddies house where my lifts are at. 

Additionally, I asked them to rotate the tires and perform the brake check, they gave me an invoice that I signed for 21.95, then when they called me back they told me there is an additional 30 dollar charge for the brake check.  Super sketchy, and for 30 bucks?  Stupid.

So I took my dad's  car for service for the first time at Ford of Montebello and had the worst experience. After picking up my car from service I was told they broke the antenna of the car and then notice scratches on the door. I talked to Sal the service manager who told me to bring in on Monday to replace the antenna and scratches. Which we did but once we got there we got the run around from them. Jim Ryan the service director basically told us the scratches didn't happen their, although I have picture of the car right before the service. They said they would fix it and to come back on Wednesday, which I did only to find that they left the scratches worst. It looks like they put white out on top of the scratches. The paint did not blend with the car and it was not smooth. After I let them know the job was unacceptable they both argued with me. So be careful when taking your car there for service.

The guy in the front door is so rude. Ford has to send the employees to take POLITE classes. The way this guy treat the customer is really rude
