If I could give 0 stars I would. Our 2017 keystone sprinter was purchased from camping world Feb of 2017. We needed repairs in October 2017. We took it in and they said repairs would be complete in 2 weeks. They had it until December of 2017 and still needed to send parts for my husband to repair on his own. If you are in the Chattanooga area please call Cleveland RV. They are a mobile repair service that does an outstanding job. They came the next day after calling and repaired electrical issues at the campground. I highly recommend them!!!

0 stars is more like it. High pressure sales to get you to buy what they want to sale. We didnt even get off the sales floor before walking out. 45 minutes of BS was enough for us. I will never buy from this dealership which is a shame due to proximity to I-75 great location POOR sales staff.

Not too bad of a store, part Dept staff are helpful... In the off months you can't get propane on a Sunday as the maintenance dept is closed. If you look on line at a web price for camping world and it's cheaper than in store they will price match it. But only camping world website.

We are Good Sam members and stopped at this Camping world to get a RV part and to use sewer dump on 1/2/18. Went into store to inquire about dumping RV sewer and female staff member- who was not at all friendly said we had to be staying at campsite to use sewer dump. Then went to parts desk- male staff member- also not friendly gave impression that he did not know what I was asking for and he did not have time to help me. Let without part we wanted. Very disappointed in this camping world- have had such great experiences at others we have visited.

Very pleasant experience that James Combs made even better. If it wasnt for him we may not have bought from camping world. Highly suggest calling James for any advice!!
