We took our fifth wheel in to have them repair a leaking nose cone and roof. They did a very good job, completing it when promised. I would recommend their service department.

My husband & I Just bought a used 2007 Dutchman from this company for almost $8,000 on Saturday. We were told by Tony it was fully inspected from top to bottom, with no leaks or major damage so we took them at their word  & signed the paperwork, only to found when we brought it home there was a big soft spot in the rear of the camper under one of the bunk beds & a hole straight through the floor under the kitchen sink. We where then told that everything would be fixed properly so we dropped if off on Monday, only for them to call us on Wednesday to tell us they havent started fixing anything yet that they were just going to dry it out instead of removing all the damage & just replacing it with new wood. Then we're told by Tony who was very rude that we should be lucky they are doing anything to fix the camper because most places would just say oh well it's your problem now. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

We got our first RV from Campingworld and had very bad experience. When we decided to get another RV a friend told us about Choo Choo RV. Dealing with Choo Choo RV was night and day from what we experience at Campingword.  Choo Choo RV sales people were a pleasure to work with and their support and service was amazing. After dealing with Choo Choo RV would not buy from anyone else.

Went to look @ campers 2pm tues and waited around for a salesman to show up after 25 minutes we left. Definitely not good customer service the whole time the parts guy sat there playing on his phone.
