I recognize that trailer repaired can take a while and that is frustrating if it is during the peak season. However let me share my experience with this CW. I bought my 2017 RV in July. The first weekend out it had problems. They got it into their shop and back out within 10 days. I also wanted some cosmetic work done on it so I waited until the end of the season, November, to take it in. My trailer is still there, now January 12th, but I expected that. It's why I didn't take it there until November. But, Cameron in their service department has been fantastic at keeping me informed of the work being done every step of the way. He even drove me out to my trailer on their huge lot one random afternoon so I could get a couple things out of it. I will say one more thing, if you have a question for their service department and it is during the peak season. Don't call, go into their store. Their theory is that they will help the people that are there in person first, which I also appreciate.

Terrible place for service. Do not be fooled by their smiles. They are nice enough however if and more likely when you have issues with your RV it takes months. Once you get it back it won't work and will need to go back. If you use your RV and you bought it from here chances are it will be in their service department longer than in your possession. Some pictures from my first RV. 2016 Mallard brought to you by camping world. Just so you know what to expect. I was asleep in it when it caught fire!

I bought a new toy hauler from camping world Idaho falls show this year. The salesman lied about features on the trailer. Then they damaged my unit before delivery. They fought me on repairs and got Forest River to pay for half of the damage they did. Service department called me and told me all the parts were in for repairs so i hauled the trailer back 75 Miles when I got there they had no idea what was going on I stood at the service counter for two hours for them to tell me that parts were on order and it would be weeks untill they would be there. No apology given just incompetent rude attitudes. I also paid for a my trailer to be treated with a very expensive treatment that protects the paint and graphics. They sprayed over black marks and dirt sealing it into the treatment. I regret spending my hard earned money at such a poorly run business.

Casey gave us great customer service . The Camping World in Belmont near Flagstaff screwed up the wiring that charges the camper battery while driving AND charged us $397. They cut the wire from the engine that would've charged it. This Camping World in Idaho Falls not only fixed the problem for $0 they did it in a timely manner and we were on our way again. Thank you Casey.
