My son lost his wallet at the big swimming area while we were on vacation. We called a couple of times over the next 2 days to see if anyone had turned it in. Unfortunately, no one had. We received a follow up phone call the day we returned home informing us that his wallet had been found and they sent it to us by mail. Thank you Heise for your outstanding customer service.

We camped here on a Monday, and were not impressed with the facility. We were given a spot across from the main campground, so if we wanted to use the restrooms, showers, laundry or pools, we had to drive there, andget a code for the gate. I'm glad we had a portapotty in our campground, because I wouldn't want to use the bathroom in the main campground. It was poorly lit, and the stalls just had curtains! The showers are not adjustable, and you have to pay for them, even after paying to camp there. The laundry had 2 workable washers, and 3 dryers. We used the hot pool from 8:00 to 9:00 pm, and it was crowded, and so loud! For $10, it definitely wasn't worth it! They'd have to pay me to come back here! I was disappointed when I found out there's a forest service Campground just beyond there!

We camped here a few days. I was a little cautious because the website doesn't say much about the campground but decided to try it out because my husband grew up going here. Mistake! Turns out that the main campground staff is unfriendly. Our fire pit was behind our camper. Sprinklers are constantly going during week so you can't walk on grass unless it's by your camper. I paid 10 dollars to be constantly stepped on and mauled at the pool on Saturday. We decided to leave that day but were told it's less busy in the week. Not really. The cool pool was too cold and the warm pool is busy all week with swimming lessons. Prices are too steep given there has been little updates through the years. Pools have plenty of debris floating in them. If you want to shower at campground you will have to pay, and will not be able to set your own temperature. Just very disappointing. Only bright notes are the views of the river, pizza at the parlor is really good minus the crust, friendly staff at the pools, and the hot springs. This place could be 100 percent better and bring in more happy customers with just a little more attentiveness.

Very quiet, beautiful spa-like setting. Hot springs pool, summer pool and heated pool. Camping locations surround the area, Snake River nearby.

Great pool with fun slides. Not too many rules so our big family was able to have lots of fun!
