We just purchased a 2017 New Micro Lite Flagstaff camper from this dealer. We were a bit upset with the way their web page was not exactly up to date when we arrived but that was the only issue we had. We would like to say thank you to our salesperson Rick. Our experience with Rick was about a week before we stepped on the RV lot. I sent several emails to Rick so that we could have an idea of what we were looking for before we got there, we live 2.5 hours away and we wanted a better understanding of what they had and what we could afford. Rick was very up front and when asked, he presented the additional fees that are associated with buying a new camper. We did not know it would take nearly a full day to start and finish this process, so I can say do not be in a hurry. Also, we did go on a Saturday which seems to be a VERY busy day for them. Rick was nice, friendly and not a pushy salesperson which we can not stand. We also had to pleasure of meeting his lovely wife, Cassy who works in the store there. She was so very helpful to us and gave me tips that she felt would help me. I really appreciate them very much! We dealt with Tim in financing, great man and he was so helpful. Kevin and Zack were great in the service department....except Zack, you forgot to empty the tanks so we had about 30 gallons of water we were towing around. However, if you are looking for a new or used camper we both recommend checking out Camping World - Kansas City (Grain Valley, MO). I hope they treat everyone as good as they treated us!! Thank you all so very much!! We love the new camper, it is perfect for us and has more options than we were looking for!!

Twice we sought the help of the Camping World staff to purchase two separate items from their store in Kansas City. First time we went to purchase a Champion generator. The guy gave us incorrect information about the 3500 handling a 15,000 BTU AC unit. He was wrong they do handle them fine. Second time was to purchase a Barker portable black water tank. We called ahead and specifically asked if they had the barker in stock. We were told they did. We traveled a long way to pick it up. When we arrived at the store there were none in sight. We asked the attendant where they were. We were informed that the Barker model was only available online. They lost our business twice. We will not be returning.

I called to order an accessory for my camper and the lady from camping world in KC was very rude and the manager. They told me to learn how use a computer and order from another site. I asked to speak to someone else and the lady said no. Very dissatisfied and I called back after they hung up on me 2 times and they repeatedly told me to find somewhere else to order from and stop calling to ask dumb questions. This is why AMAZON & EBAY are getting your business mire!!! It's terrible this is how you treat your customers. Very hateful and word of mouth gets around. I Will be sure to let all my family and friend's know how I was treated. I wish I could hute a minus button in the stars and rate it at a -100!!!!!

Very positive experience. Friendly staff. Kevin, service manager & Susie, product specialist went above and beyond. The other girls in products/sales were very helpful & knowledgeable. Sorry that we did not get there names written down. We WILL be back. Thanks to all.

Horrible experience. I bought a used 2016 travel trailer in March. I plugged everything in the next weekend and the AC and the hot water heater were shot. This was after they stated everything had been gone through thoroughly. I said heck with it and was just going to replace it on my own as I did not purchase the $1,400 warranty. Until, I went to title it and realized they had signed the title incorrectly. I had to step foot back on there lot to get the title signed correctly and called them out on the unit. They said they would look at it, but once I left was never able to get a hold of the service manager again. I replaced the AC and water heater for $750 for brand new units. I will never go back, horrible experience. Also, they hooked up my equalizer hitch completely wrong. How do they not know what they are doing? This entire experience baffles me!
