Buyer BEWARE! First Choice Marine has no idea what customer service is about. It has been over 63 days since I placed my order for 3 simple gas springs. During this time, I have been told on multiple occasions “Your order will ship next week”. I have also been told this is their “busiest time of the year” and that they have “so many larger orders to process”. Bottom line… They have my money and I still don’t have the 3 items I ordered. What can YOU learn from my mistake? DON’T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! They have no consideration for the customer and will tell you anything to get you off the phone.

Worst customer service ever.sierra parts are great.im a marine tech in kansas city and i refuse to use this place and advise my customers against doing so as well.its a shame because they are a local company to me.but ive never had a pleasant experience there.

Stay away from First Choice Marine. Their customer service is terrible, half the time no one answers the phone and when they do they don't keep their word. I ordered 2 Swivl-Eze Seat Mounts, 13" Aluminum Posts, Stainless Finish Bases, 7" x 7", Threaded #977339-T. They took 17 days to be delivered to my house which is terrible these days. when they arrived they were not in retail boxes as I ordered, but individual parts dumped in a box and allowed to bang against each other across the Country. They were all scratched and nicked up when they arrived and one Aluminum post wasn't even the correct one it wasn't threaded. Of course I called them right away and couldn't get hold of anyone. Update on this review. I was contacted by Kim in customer service and she did send the correct part to me 2nd day air. Unfortunately the rest of the review stands.

Many encounters with First Choice Marine. Mostly internet orders. I have had the best of luck with every purchase I have made. Staff is very helpful answering any question I have had about products on the rare chance it isn't already available online. Couldn't be more happy I picked this company for all my boating needs! Solid A+++ rating! I will continue to be a loyal customer

They had exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price plus my order arrived before the weekend! Nice friendly staff. Very satisfied with First Choice Marine. They will get many more orders from me!
