Chance recently came out and sprayed for our second service and we appreciated his cheerful disposition and knowledge of local bugs to be on the look out for. Our neighborhood is still in the process of being completed so we have had a lot of extra bugs crawling around as they have dug foundations and basements. Our initial spray was so great that we really didn’t need the second spray for anything but ants that kept finding their way in when it turned colder. Since chance came last week we have not seen a single ant. We are very pleased with our service!

Our quarterly treatment was just completed by technician named Chance.
Very knowledgeable and personable, and could answer any questions we had.  Very satisfied with Moxies system and highly recommend them..

I've been using Moxie Pest control for about a year now and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Chance has been helping me, he's very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Every issue that I've had with mice and spiders in my house he's taken care of.

Moxie has been a good company to work with, if there was concern they were prompt to respond.  My most recent good experience is from the service rep Chance.  He has gone out of his way to ensure I am happy with my service.  Thank you!

****BEWARE***** They will scam you using deceptive business practices. We had someone stop by and offer us a discounted rate on our first service if we signed up that day for the quarterly service plan. The catch was that we had to go through with the first service and then we could cancel at any time. We have since had two quarterly services and are not happy with the service. We called to cancel and was then advised there is a $100 cancellation fee. We explained that we were told that there would be no penalty for canceling. We were promptly told that an agreement was signed that stated the fee. Well, the agreement was signed on the sales reps tablet and he stated repeatedly there is no penalty to cancel. (Obviously to get the sale). Discussed concerns with Moxie and they do not care. AVOID!

ALSO you will notice below that the owner Ryan Waite left a 5 Star review pretending to be a customer.  SCAM Artist!
