I have had to take our trailer in for several different repairs. The latest was for awning supports that had failed. I asked if I could bring it up and let them look at it and order the parts. I was told that they have to take pictures and submit a warranty claim before they could order parts. Rolling the awning out and taking pictures should only take 5-10 minutes, but they insisted that I leave it with them. 5 days later I get a call that they have submitted the claim and once they have approval they will order the parts. I had to pick up the trailer because we had a trip planned. They called a week later to let me know the parts were ordered. Another week goes by and I stop by to check on the parts and they tell me they are in, so I setup an appointment for them to finish the work. 4 days later I get a call from the service department telling me that the parts aren't in and the warranty was denied. They go on to tell me that they were able to get it covered and they have expedited the parts. Here I am another week out and I still don't have my trailer and I have another trip planned for the end of this week and I'm sure this process will start all over again. I know mistakes happen. If their process was more organized I wouldn't have had to leave my trailer on their extremely full lot for more than a couple days and I wouldn't have had to go on multiple trips without my trailer functioning as it should. I think they have the ability but they need to focus on organization and improving the customers experience.

Our sales rep was great.  He was always available and willing to meet and work with us on anything we asked.  We told him what we were looking for, and he stuck to that area of focus in showing us campers.  Outside of the first visit, where he ASKED if we'd like to look at other options, once we told him we were set on the "bunk house", he never looked back.

My only complaint would be post our sales guy.  After we agreed on price, it took 3 days to get me a final payment plan and another 2 days in order to come back and sign paperwork.  We scheduled pickup later that week, and the paper work had a wrong piece of information, so I had to repeat the signature process.

Outside of that one thing, the entire experience was great.  From being met in the parking lot to the showmanship of the final product prior to us leaving with the camper...it was great.

Excellent service and sales, especially from Mac !  We did not anticipate trading campers when we went to shop but they made it so easy and gave us such a good deal that we traded without worry. On the spot financing and transfer of camper contents right on the lot was unexpected and easy. Thank you to all. We love our new 5th wheel!

Very helpful whule just looking but not quite ready to buy. Got to see different floor.plans that coils work for us. Sales person not real pushy which is what i like

We had the best people to work with while buying our new RV. They helped us move from our trade in, got us the best price and loan, and made sure everything was working to our satisfaction.  A shout out to our salesman David, our financial officer Karl, our service manager Michael, and all the managers who catered to our questions and needs.  We thank them.
