I moved here around a month ago, I was new to the area, very Leery of mobile home parks in general. Was pleasantly surprized, I feel very safe here.  The  people are nice, the park has general common rules, that are easily followed. The park is maintained very nicely. They have found a happy medium in keeping their residence happy and also keeping a clean, safe park for all to live in. I would highly recommend this park, you won't be disappointed.

Under new management. If you have a misdemeanor or no credit history do not waste your $25.00. If you do get into the park and you have an adult child who is need of a place to stay for a while they will not be able to stay with you unless they meet the criteria listed and can be added to your lease. I think this is an important point to consider if you are a family oriented person.

I have been here over a year and am very pleased to have found here and gotten the opportunity to be here. This is the nicest community I have seen anywhere.  After living here I am so glad to have found a rent to own so I know eventually we will own our home instead of continuing to rent and have nothing.
