Great place to stay. Affordable & staff very helpful

We have been traveling once or twice a year to New Mexico and just found this RV park through a new app.  It's good for a overnight stop.  We connected to the site hook-ups and use our own comforts.  The sites are long but are extremely close in proximity, we have 3 slideouts on a 31 foot travel trailer and had to pull forward to the very end so our slideouts wouldn't hit the RV next to us.  It is convenient to get to and surprisingly quiet being so close to I-44.  There is a train track across the way, but the train noise did not bother us.  It's not a bad place to stop over, but it's not offering much more than that, and for $25 what do you expect?

The pictures are deceiving. Worst place I've ever stayed. Bathroom were so dirty and smelled like an ashtray that I couldn't even use them. Junk strewn around, disrepair. Long term residences in broken down trailers with junk cars parked in front. The only thing good I can say is that he was open late, answered the phone and it was a level place to hook up.

Great place to stay for a night or few. Was raining whole week we were their. But 2 days. It's close to alot great attractions.
