I took my motor home in for a canvas topper replacement on one of my slides. They damaged the slide out it hopped as it when out and in when they returned it. They are very good at covering there a## on damage. They are well versed. Especially the female service writer and the service manager. They kind of teamed up on me as we discussed damages. I took my motor home to another RV service center,they repaired damages and stated the slide out was forced in or out with power off. BEWARE.. BEWARE.. BEWARE they are not HONEST and know how to cover there a## on damages.

Do NOT let any of the negative reviews influence your decision to stop in to Camping World of Toledo. We went to there just look and see what was out there, in regards to RVs as it has been over 15 years since our last purchase. Tyler met with us, asked about our wants, needs and budget and we headed out in to the lot. Tyler was patient, courteous, and extremely helpful. Tyler spent over two hours with us and though we weren't planning on it, we found our dream RV!Tyler was one of the main reasons why we decided to purchase here. He was honest and our entire crew felt SO comfortable with him. After the sale, we had the pleasure of meeting with Joe, the service manager, who was just as amazing as Tyler was. Joe walked us through our entire RV and allowed us to ask as many questions as needed and was also extremely patient. Colleen took over to finalize everything and she was the icing on the cake. Colleen went over every form and piece of information with a fine tooth comb. We all left, smiling and so happy that we took the drive from northern Macomb County, Michigan to Camping World of Toledo. Please trust me when I say that we did not plan on purchasing a camper yesterday but because of the AMAZING staff at Camping World of Toledo, we walked away with the RV of our dreams. Thank you Tyler, Joe and Colleen. You made our experience one will we always remember and we will shout it from the highest mountains that everyone should go to Camping World of Toledo.

Purchased a Coleman trailer in August 2017. Tyler started the process with us and was wonderful! This however was not the case when dealing with Holly who did our paperwork or the young blonde who led us through the store to start our walk through process. The young girl made us feel as though we were taking up too much of her time. When questioning what was being signed and how the paperwork would arrive to us, Holly became defensive. We tried to explain that we live in Michigan and our financial institution was in Ohio. We needed the title sent to us so the Ohio title could be switched to a Michigan title and registration and plates could be obtained. Holly was floored and became rude. She said we were completely wrong and this could not be done. Holly stated that the title must go to our bank so they could get paid. 45 days later we have no bill of sale or title to register this RV. I contacted Holly today questioning were my paperwork was for the RV, and again she became rude insisting that I go to my bank and get the title. After several minutes of trying to convince her that the title was not the issue, but the missing bill of sale was the problem she then stated the paperwork should have come from Cheryl and she never does paperwork with customers. She was the only person we dealt with when it came to paperwork. It took much convincing to finally have her realize that she did do the paperwork and what was needed to have our home on wheels registered. Our experience could have been awesome if it were not for the few that made us feel rushed or incorrect for questioning the process. I will shout it out to all to purchase an RV elsewhere. I will make sure that everyone I come in contact with understands the uneducated and rude staff they have at Camping World of Toledo.

I recently put a $100 hold on a trailer hitch for my suv. The purchase of my trailer hitch feel through due to dealer complications. When  asked for a refund on the hitch I put on hold I was informed I had to pay for shipping both ways and pay a 15% restock fee. My $100 hold turned into over $115+ owed. I was not warned about -any- of these fees or costs when I placed my reservation in the first place, which is the real reason I am unhappy.

Do not recommend. I tried supporting a local business, and would have been better off and saved money buying online.

The staff was very helpful took me right to the parts I needed. Even measured the hole pattern to make sure the part would fit. As a matter of fact I joined there club because they were so attentive to my needs. Thank You!
