We went specifically for their new "Custard Concretes" and not only were we given the wrong order twice, but the new person to bring us our food admits 1. That it's a powder they put in regular ice cream (the taste reflected this) and 2. They didn't know how to use the machine to do it. So we were dealing with fake custard and un-trained users of the formula/machine to make it. We've had many good experiences here too and their food is usually spot on fast food, so I still give them the benefit of the doubt, but this was a bad trip there for sure and ignore the word "custard"

Really Guys, Really!?! Just Because I was​ probably the last person they charged me 10 cents shy of 8 dollars, Then gave me Totally Wrong order-- order a Double Bacon Cheese Burger Combo Meal and they gave me a Fish Sandwich! Shows Right Order on Receipt. That's Extremely Poor Service; I'll Never go here again!!! *Update: We did drive back the next day, showed them the wrong sandwich and receipt the man on duty made the right sandwich for me in a combo meal-- like it should of been made right the First Time. I thanked him. However, I will not be going back. My Time and My money is limited, and important;  I do not like wasting, either.

I've always enjoyed Sonic's food and ice cream, but this location in particular has very bad service. We spent 10 minutes just waiting for somebody to respond to us pushing the button, then finally a girl pops up, says she couldn't hear us through the wind, so she's going to send someone out to take the order, we wait another 8 minutes, press the button again since no one has shown up, this time a guy answers in a couple minutes, takes our order, tells us our total, but nothing pops up on the card reader, it seems like it's off, now we're still just sitting here, I'm pretty upset honestly.
UPDATE: The man we spoke with was the manager, Pierce, was very nice and apologized for the girls that weren't doing their job, and discounted the ice cream. I think the girls should be fired, considering they're the reason that I got here at 8:42pm on May 1st and am now leaving at 9:29pm.

Alright for a quick fried snack, drink or milkshake but not somewhere I would go for a full meal.
