I am a firm believer that it is just as important, if not more so, to report good behavior at it is to report negative behavior. That being said, I purchased a banana ball python this evening from this location. I had been there the weekend before and had fallen in love with him then, but he was pretty expensive and definitely an investment, so I had to be sure. I want to single out Drew for all of his help and knowledge. His goal wasn't to make a sale, but to find the best home for the snake and to inform me of everything I needed to know to give him the best home possible. I truly can't thank Drew enough.

Do not go to the pet groomer in Rossford/Perrysburg!!!!!!!!! If you love your pet DO NOT GO!!!!! Wife brought my dog to get her eyes and behind trimmed and they completely shaved my dog!! I don't even recognize her. "It was easier" she said, then to take a brush to her. I don't even believe Pet Smart own's a brush. I'm sorry but wouldn't you think that before you completely shave all the hair off a dog you would contact the owner and explain it. She did say they was some matted spots, but no, not the the entire dog, down to the skin. Ladies, can you imagine going in to a hair salon to get some split ends trimmed and you walked out with a shaved head?

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Had a representative from Nulo dog food. She helped me decide whether to switch my pups off of puppy food to adult. Her information helped me decide. An employee helped me with flea shampoo. There was always employee's close by to get help.

Kong toys really going down hill. They use to have the best balls in there toys. Now they are thin cheap balls.

They don't always have exactly what I'm looking for. But, they have a very honest and knowledge staff. Very friendly.
